will eg hatch muffler fit right on ek sedan?

Confirmed EG hatch muffler (axel back) will work on EK sedan.
Perfect lenght
hangers are slight off but not a big issue at all... the exhaust tip would just be about 1cm to the left.
The only mod is that you have to cut and reweld the flang because the flage bot is a few degrees off of the stock EK sedan midpipe

Very unlikely that it works. Exhaust parts are rarely interchangable without some "rigging". I would say no if I had to guess unless you want to do some cutting or possible welding.

It will be a lot shorter. I have the opposite ('96-'00 4dr muffler on my '94 hatch), and the 6th gen 4dr muffler is at least 2 inches longer (it's the piping that's longer, not the physical muffler). So you probably could put it on, but it's going to be further under the car and the hangers are likely going to be an issue.
