Default help please.. axle leak

i just replaced the throwout bearing and installed everything back together. when i went to add oil it kept leaking out the driver side axle. its pushed in all the way but it keeps leaking. i took out the seal inside the tranny and it seemed fine. does anyone know what it might be?

It has to be the lip seal that sits inside the case of the trans. Thats the only thing that seals the axles in the trans

As mentioned above, a damaged seal seems most likely. Also, is the driver-side axle fully inserted into the transmission? There should be only a small gap between the inboard joint and transmission.
