I was changing the exterior door handle since some theif broke it. I swapped the old lock into the new handle and connected everything right. i noticed that its difficult to lock the door with the button from the inside, so to lock the door i have to push the button hard or just go outside the car and use the key and turn it hard.

my question is... what could be causing it to lock the door so ruff??? my after market door lock actuators cant lock it either. (its a manual door lock panel)
