Default Sorry Newbie first post - Will 185/75R14's fit a 1990 civic hatch?

Hey sorry this is my first post. We're going to have to drive our civic this winter and I wanted a bit more ground clearance. Stock tire is 175/70r13 and I thought with the size above I'd gain 1" and some ground clearance but I want to make sure it won't rub (or not much).

Car is a 1990 civic DX hatch with a b18a1 5sp.

Cut coils right now(previous owner) but I'm replacing the front springs with stock hatch ones (or sedan one i I can find some)

195/60/14 is 23.2" diameter
Stock is 22.6

185/75/14 is 24.9 Almost 2" taller then 195/60r14's

I had 89 Civic wagon 1.5L.

I tried 185/80-r13, It is 24.7" diameter, Stock is 22.7", It did lightly touch my wheel wall while driving in curve, so I changed to bigger offset rim with 185/80/R13, it ran fine with this
