Can i bore a d16z6 to 81 mm.

i have a d16z6 and i want to put b16 pistons in it. Is it possible and what are the risks of my cylinder walls being that thin. A d16z6 standard bore is 75 mm and a b16 is 81mm.

Boring to 81mm will leave you with paper thin walls.

Get a B-series.
