Question about the MPFI manifold have a pic
Preparing to do the MPFI swap on my hatch and noticed something was missing from the bottomside of my manifold. Can anyone tell me what is supposed to bolt here?

you don't really need it, especially in Florida - the FICV is only there to boost the idle slightly when the air temperature is really cold, -10C or 14F - other than that, it does nothing - just block off the vacuum ports and leave it - if you want to run it, you will need to add wiring to the ECU

The fast idle control solenoid valve, mounted on the right side of the throttle body, is used to increase the air flow rate for fast idling at extremely low ambient temperatures.
OPERATING CONDITIONS:
The Fast Idle Control Solenoid Valve is turned on when the Coolant Temperature is Below 14°F (-10°C) AND Engine Speed is Below 1,800 rpm.

The fast idle control solenoid valve, mounted on the right side of the throttle body, is used to increase the air flow rate for fast idling at extremely low ambient temperatures.
