Default good starting places for turbo project?

hey guys. i am looking to buy a car. i used to have a prelude untill i totaled it and i loved it. i would like to get another honda but i want something i can turbocharge. what are the best options out there? keep in mind im a college student so price is an issue. thanks

There are several options, but your budget and power goals will dictate what is right for you. A D series will be cheaper, but wont be able to make as much power on the stock block; whereas, a B series is going to cost more originally, but is able to make 300-350whp on the stock bottom end reliably.

Read through the forums and see what's out there...There is a wealth of information here if you're willing to look for it
