BADASS CLUTCH!!!

This damn thing grabs like it's nobodies business!!!

We started this morning at 9, or at least I started getting stuff out up and the easy stuff unbolted and ready. Stan got to my place shortly after. A quick run to the autozone to get a socket for the hubs... and we were on our way.

Flywheel was perfect .. and didnt need resurfaced, very smooth in fact and no scoreing. The clutch (CM stage 3) looked worn and glazed and dirty as hell.. the throwout bearing was totally shot too.

Pedal feel was good until the end of the driveway when the pressure built up in the system after a few pumps of the clutch... and OMG is it a nice push down! LOL

engagement is lets just say.. quick but definately streetable. Once I get used to it.. i dont think the tires will scratch pulling out all the time. Holds the power for sure...

Definately worth it... now for the traffic torture test.

 

dont worry you'll get used to it. i can hold it in at lights now

 

i use that clutch...i love it...you learn to love the the harsh engagement...

 

I switched from a street disk to the 6 puck on my LS setup. Definitely a hard grabbing clutch. Takes a little bit to get used to but is a bad *** clutch.

If you would have told me it was horchata.... i'd have sent you back for another one for me!!! I thought you were drinking coke..

anyway... thanks for the help.. it wasn't that bad.. i think the only swearing was with that god damn charge pipe on the throttlebody... hahahaahahahaha
