my transmission slips when the car warm but on cold start up the pull around until the car warm ,do it sound like my tranmission going out

 

At the very least the transmission will have to come out. You have developed an internal leak which reduces operating pressures as the fluid thins out (heats up).
The cheapest route for this will be to secure a GOoD used unit from a reputable salvage yard and install it.
To invest in the labor to fix yours, let alone remove it along with any parts required to fix it will put you way over budget.
