b18b into 99 dx (harness)

I know i have to re-pin the dizzy. Change IACV plug to the 2 wire(green & black) stock LS plug, and extend the crank positioning sensor. My question is how long should i extend it? Its in a pretty tight spot and would be hard to pull a measurement.

If anyone else has anymore info on what i have to do harness wise would be much help. TIA

 

its hard to say. I usually just eye ball it and cut it to proper length but even eyeballing require more cutting in the end.

im puttin a b18b1 from a 98 teg in my 00 civic coupe. tryin to get the wiring issues straightened out. im gettin mixed thoughts from many people. can someone straighten out what i need to do to the harness and other wires. also ive been told by 2 speed shops that my d16y7 ecu will work with my b18b? has anyone else heard or tried that>
