Default Eibach scrunching sound in front end

Okay so almost a year ago, I installed the Eibach Pro Kit on my car along with the Pro Dampers. It's a 98 Accord 4 cylinder by the way. After a few weeks, it developed an awful noise in the front end, a weird kind of squeaking, like bushings or something. It only does it in the front and you can only hear it when going slow. If the car was as quiet at high speeds, you'd still be able to hear it. I took it to a shop to figure out what it was and he did. It's the Pro Damper bumpstops. When the car is lowered, it rests completely on the bumpstops. They are the shorter ones that came with it so I don't understand why they are doing this. Is it supposed to?? The sound it is making is the shaft of the strut moving through the bumpstop since the bumpstop can't move with the shaft of the strut. Anybody else have Eibach suspension that can help me out? Or can anybody help me? I'm beginning to hate these darn things and the noise is driving me INSANE! Thanks in advance!
