I am pretty sure we can put the OEM foglight switch there if you buy one. Also, I have seen people put custom switched there for stuff like your antenna. (Keeps it from going up when only playing a CD)

Other than that I dont konw what you can use it for

i know the possiblities of the cut outs I just wanted why they are there? doesn't really make sence for acura to spend the money cutting the holes unless they served some purpose.

One of two ways....
1) Go to a performance shop and have them install the heated seats for you for the right price
OR
2) Do it yourself..... mind you it's a PAIN staking process and alot of hours BUT well worth the effort if you live in a place where the winter is longer then the summer!

you can replace them with switches, but they are really just covers for the bolts that hold down the armrest console.

there arent any bolts that hold down the armrest console under there. ive taken the whole thing out without haveing to take out any bolts from under those cut outs.

I bought 2 (fog light)switches from the Acura dealer over here for my GS-R. I have my neons for underneath the car hooked up to them. It looks better then those ugly *** switches that like pepboys sell. I'm gonna hook up other stuff to the other switches. As far as a Antenna kill, I was told if you buy a Sony head unit it will not send the entenna up while playing a CD. So I got one and it was true.
