Did you bleed your brakes??
What MC are you using?
When you say 90 EX you did the whole knuckle swap right? Just making sure. Also what pads are you using?? hoping it ain't semi-metallic for those are dangerous IMO. I always use ceramic.

yeah i bled th ebrakes like three time adn yes they are cermic brakes i figured out what the problem was there was a double seal between the mc and the bb when i took the extra seal evrything when back to normal adn i havent had a problem since thanks tho
A buddy of mine actually incountered this problem. So this may be your solution
The brake booster is adjustable. If it is out of adjustment it will preload you MC.
The adjustabe portion is under your dash where the brake pedal swing arm attaches to the booster.
There is a sorta complicated procedure involved with adjusting the booster.
Ill let these screen shots do the talking. I'm sure you could get by without the special tools.
This is for a 92+ Civic but I'm pretty sure the procedure is similar.

how old are your brake hoses? brake hoses collapse on the inside and act like a check valve, letting fluid into the caliper but not out.
if you want to try and check it. drive til they are locked up, then open the bleeders, if fluid shoots out like its under pressure then your hoses are bad.
