My Regulator broke and I installed a new one today. My Motor was ok so I didn't replace it, but when I have everything hooked up and roll the windows up there is a small gap about 2-4 cm that wont close completely. I've tried adjusting the bolts but no matter what I do I can't seem to fix the gap and its getting annoying when I drive because you can hear the wind.

Is there a proper way I'm supposed to adjust the window to make it work or am I missing something here?

Is there a way to attach the power motor also? Because i can push down on the window and it will move about 3-5 cm.

 

Can you push it up to close it similar to the way you can push it down, it should not push in any direction, it almost sounds like the regulator has a problem again.

 

Yeah I can push down on the window and it will move about 2-4 cm if its half way up.
Also I notice that when the window goes all the way down to where it will stop. The Regulator will try to move a bit beyond what it can move by forcing itself to go past the rails like it wasn't long enough. When I bought the thing at Honda dealership it was also torn open but there was no signs that it was ever installed. I'm going to go get a new one tomorrow and see if it works because this is getting annoying.
