Default ASR Subframce Brace

Kind of a wired question but i got to know before i go ahead and purchase the bar.

If i have control arm's for a Type-R on my car right now will a ASR rear subframe brace fit for a normal Integra? Or do i have to get one that's meant for a Type-R?

my intuition says you want a subframe brace for the frame of the car you have.

you will need one for the DA chassis, which sadly they do not make.

pretty sure the OP has a 3rd gen Integra.

Not sure if ASR makes a brace for ITR's, since those came stock with a 22mm rear bar and stronger subframe anyway.

Just get the one meant for your car.

The real question is: which end links will work? I'm not sure if you can use stock GS-R end links with ITR LCA's.

if you have a gen2, ASR does not make a brace for your car. Only for 92+ civics and 94+ integra's. I have the ASR brace on my DC2 w/ ITR LCA's....

uhh... is that stock or stock-style GS-R sway bar brackets on that ASR brace? May I ask why? Why not mount the swaybar D-bushings and brackets directly to the ASR brace? That would be the strongest setup.

No, I'm using the Blox 21mm Rear Sway bar....which mount the sway bar bushings and brackets directly to the ASR Brace.

yea I just looked at the Blox sway bar. Sure does look like it has stock-style brackets that space the sway bar out away from the subframe.

A 19mm will tear out of the subframe just like a 22mm will if not properly mounted.

So the ASR doesn't mount to the LCA's or does it? Im just worried about the Endlinks if it will bolt up or not.

It looks like i should be alright since iH8RICERZ has the same setup.

Sorry forgot to say what car it was going onto

01-Integra

Here's a picture just for fun haha

I just installed my asr this past weekend along with 23mm jdm itr rear swaybar and skunk 2 lower control arms with BLOX endlink i must say the ride is so much stiffer and handles 100% better then ever it kinda makes me wanna take swirl drives everytime i turn the car on

GO FOR IT I spent about 400+ on everything and i must say it was worth every penny

One more quick question. I know my car has a Sway bar from factory. What is the size of it? Should i be upgrading to a 24mm ASR rear sway bar?
