E-brake cable not working after swap
car is a 94 civic cx, did rear gsr swap, swaped everything out fine, hooked up the ebrake cable and put the bolts back in the right spots tp hold the cables, however either the left is to short or the right right ebrake cable is long, casue the part they conact at are uneven, so i assumed one side would be tighter then the other side, tighten the ebrake cable to 4-6 clicks but either side wont engage, the swaps themselfs are pretty rusted could that ahve seized up the part the engages the ebrake? bleed the system looing at the front of the car from rl rr fl fr
should i replaced the calipers? they were pretty rusted

Are the brakes engaging? I have the same problem, had to kind of rig it up because the cables are too long. You could go get the proper e-brake cables and bolt them up instead of shoehorning the GS-R stuff in there.
BTW, that's not the proper bleeding procedure.
