so i got a 98 type r tranny with lsd.
i've checked my linkage and everything checks out good.
by the way, i got gsr shifter.
now the problem is that downshifting into 2nd at speed, say 15 mph oor higher, it won't go into 2nd from 3rd or 4th. it kinda just gets stuck at the gate.. but if i move it into 1st til i feel the synchros crash and stop and quickly shift to second it goes in buttery good.
now my friend tells me this is normal with this tranny, but i want some reassurance. i spent some money on this tranny!

a little history on the tranny, came out of a jdm 98 itr with 27xxx miles. no grinds at all.
