Just in case any cares I fixed most of the rattling from my Carsound cat. The bolts from the header to the cat. were not tight enough so the flange on the cat. rattled due to me adding the JDM header bracket which transmits more vibration down in to the header.

Now I just have to get my seat popping resolved and I will be all good.
