help me find a good turbo manifold h22!
I've already done a vitara d-series with a cast manilfold, tial 38mm, t3/t4 .63 trim. Traded the car for another civic and am going h2b turbo with this. Ill be using eagle rods and cp pistons, probably 9 c/r but im thinking of using the 10. Anyways, i need a good manifold but dont want to keep it not too expensive, would like a tubular or ramhorn. I seen a tsudo tubular but im kinda uneasy about that one, but i dont want the price of a full-race ramhorn. Through me some ideas, thanks! For the turbo im thinking of another t3/t4 with a staged wheel.....or possibly a gt28, let me know your thoughts!
heres the tsudo, i hear they break at those 2 support brackets but i dont know

yeah, i would really try to steer clear of the ebay manifolds as there are some horror stories to be told.
honestly, it sounds like a cast manifold would fit your needs. my old setup on my prelude was an 18G mitsu turbo with the GReddy cast manifold. it was a lot of fun. i still have the manifold and the turbo around (in great shape) if you're interested. i would sell both on the cheap. i bought a full-race T4 flanged manifold not too long ago...

i may just be interested, send me some pics to bassguitarist90@yahoo.com . how much was that full race and how do you like it, is it worth it?

sounds good. i'll send you a bunch of pictures tonight of the turbo and manifold. no pressure on the buy. i actually wanted to turbo my B16 Civic down the road with this 18G, but i'm trying to get my prelude running again so a little extra money would be awesome. the turbo and manifold are in mint condition as well...

the fullrace mani is just sitting in my basement waiting to be installed on my new setup--benson's sleeved H22A1 block, H22 head with full P&P and ferrera valvetrain, etc, etc.--the fullrace manifold is beautiful. i bought the manifold from a guy who also never got it installed on his car. he paid $1,350 for it new and i bought it off of him a year later for $850.

and that's the good part (for me)...fullrace doesnt make the full equal length mani for the H22 anymore. they made a limited run and that was it. anything fullrace/H22 that you find would have to be used. the thing is a tank though so i would have no reservations about buying one used.

ill probably buy your greddy mani, just send those pics, do you have paypal? I think im going use a garrett 60 turbo though, or some other t3/t4 around a .63 trim. i thought about sleeving with some darton dry sleeves but im only going for around 350hp so i should be good with just eagle and cp pistons.

i got a peakboost mani for my H... U could always sign up for the dog box tranny PPG is making for H, it probally cost less than doing H2b, after gettting axles LSD etc....
that sounds like it will be a fun setup for the street. keep in mind the GReddy manifold is flanged for a mitsubishi turbo--18G, T25, etc. so without some kind of adaptor plate or fab work it wont work with a T3 turbo. just want to be upfront.
I'll still get some pics over to you tonite and i do have paypal (itll be the same as my email). if you still want it we can figure out a price as well. if you do some reasearch you might find that the 18G will come close to fitting your goals. in talking with some others, i found that the 18G would be good for around 300-350 on my stock block B16 but thats obviously a much smaller displacement engine.

I have a synapse manifold, fits perfectly (well, in my prelude). should give good clearance in a civic.
edit: oh yeah, t3 flanged, 44mm gate. sits the inlet just under the alternator, right where the a/c comp would go. leaves good room for a 3" downpipe.
