Default want some advice

I thought my head gasket was blown but now Im not to sure. my fluid levels are fine with no signs of fluid mixing between the oil and anti. I did a compression test on each cylinder (100 4th 110 3rd 120 2nd 130 1st) I dont understand the difference from 1st to 4th but I guess its ok. My spark plugs are covered in oil though. it runs rough with blue smoke from the exhaust but no abnormal noises from the engine. Im thinking the turbo blew a seal or something. im not sure what to do next without taking it all apart but I really need it running soon for work. please give me some feedback. thanks

pour an ounce of oil down in each cylinder right before doing the compression test, if the compression goes up dramatically then that cylinder likely has a compression issue/ring issue. Otherwise I'd say that your turbo has **** a seal due to too much oil/bad drain angle/ect ect.
