Default GSR Fuel Problems (I think)

Hey guys I have a 92 civic hatch with a gsr swap. I didn't do the swap myself I bought the car from a guy this summer and the thing has run great until now. This morning I got in the thing and it started right up, but after 20 minutes of driving I stopped at a gas station to get some milk and when I came back out to leave I tried starting the thing and it would crank over fine and had plenty of (electrical) juice it seemed like but it wouldn't start. After about three times of trying to start it I pumped the gas twice and you could hear it just barely run for a second and then it is like it caught and was running and idling fine. I don't see any power loss when driving and it never acts like it is going to die after it actually does start.
It did this similiar thing to me a week ago but I thought it was just because I was super low on gas and setting on a hill but now I wonder if all of this is tied in?!?!
Thanks in advance for any input guys.

That reminds me, I can hear the fuel pump kick on and prime. Main relay is possible though I guess.
