trying to figure out if that would work for a t3/t4 manifold. i would weld the wastegate closed and use a external but.
i want to use the autoworks log mani and dp package.
any light to shed?

The inlet flange isn't really the issue, not even the non-standard outlet flange - its the compressor. If you get 200whp from it, consider yourself lucky.
You can get a Saab/Volvo T3 housing that will bolt right onto it, which will let you use the autoworks mani/dp package.
