exessive valve noise, help me out.

exessive valve noise, help me out.
Ok so when my car gets nice and hot (on the track/long trips ect.) it starts to make a noise like airy valves, idk how else to explain it but I can just like hear the air going past the valves every time they open. any help is appriciated.
im kinda thinking valves are misajusted but they were done about 15000-20000 mi ago..
specs:
01 ls
248 whp
100,000 mi on motor
30,000 mi turbo.
