Basically, the TSX is the sedan version of the Integra and the RSX is the coupe version, they just have different names.
Correct me if I'm wrong, I read something about it a while ago, so its not really clear.

Correct
The TSX has absolutely ZERO similarity to the RSX, other than the badge. The TSX and Accord share the same chassis, which still has double wishbone suspension. The RSX shared the same chassis as the Civic (just like the Integra did), which has Mac struts up front. There has never been a 4-door version of the RSX, and the only 4-door Acura to share the Civic chassis is the Canadian CSX like was mentioned.

acura changed their lineup/image... they moved away from small and sporty to more midsized luxury boarderline sportscar... goodbye tiny sportscars from acura
it sucks that they got rid of the rsx type cars, i really think they will bring something back though.
we'll see how things come through when the 2-door tsx comes out

for those of you who have never been outside the US, but the TSX is an accord in every other country but the US. not just japan.
the TL has a 6cyl 270-300hp beast and bares no resemblance to any Integra.

thats what i thought, so why is that part of PatrickGSR94's reasoning? cause then that shows the tsx has the same suspension as tegs

I don't understand what you are trying to prove here...
RSX (DC5) was the newer Integra (DC2). There is no 4 door DC5.
The TSX is an Accord in every other market. Just because it has Double Wishbone suspension does not make it a 4 door DC5.

There was no such thing as the TSX when Integras were being produced. The RSX came out in 2002 and the TSX (replaced the Acura CL, the previous Accord-based car) came out in 2004 I think.

I think they discontinued the RSX/Integra because of the new Civic Si .
The car has a K20 (like the type S) but also has a better suspension then the RSX. It also comes with an LSD which the RSX didn't have.
