Healthy b16 makes about 210 Psi,

The manual says 183 psi, with a difference of 28 psi max between cylinders is ok...
mean if cylinder 1 is 218
and cylinder 2 is 190, its not some thing to be worry about, difference below 180 psi, means new rings and some time worse...
but here people including me wont bear cylinder difference more then 15 psi or may be less.

Your cylinder #3 is 13 psi below the healthy engine spec according to the CRX service manual,

the least cylinder compression is 135 psi,

If your not running this car for racing, its nothing to worry about, even if your are ull get around 1 to 1.5 cars faster @ 1/4 if u resolve this issue..

your ok man,

fixing expense starts around 500$ plus, completely depends upon you,

I am also learning, but i have gone through this problem that why i an sharing my experience with you.
