Default good exhaust system for supercharged lude

what's a good exhaust system for a supercharged lude? i know it should at least 2.5" piping and preferably straight through muffler. right now i have custom 2.25" piping with the n1 universal muffler. i kinda want to avoid another custom job coz it's too loud and i want no less than 2.5" piping throughout the entire system. and also i no longer like a 4" tip muffler. what i'm lookin for is something that looks a little more low key than the apexi n1 muffler, something quieter and deeper sounding than the n1, but provides the same performance aspects of the N1. can anyone offer some suggestions? i'll probably have to replace the header and cat with ones that have the same size collectors. but for right now, i jus wanna replace the cat-back. any help is appreciated.

What about the Apex-i World Sport cat-back. You have an apex muffler already so i am sure u were happy with it. I have the N1 too and i love it. Otherwise you can also try Thermal cat-back exhaust too they r a little deep but not too loud my friend has one on his ITR, it sounds nice. I dont know know what the WS sounds like but i think its what u r looking for.

The best exhaust for a supercharged Prelude would be custom. 3'' piping and a straight-through muffler. A company named Brullen puts together custom exhaust systems I believe too and can make a 3'' Prelude exhaust I'm sure. I dont remember their website but search for it.

if you want a subtle looking mass produced cat back rather than a custom system, I'd go with the Thermal... for the 5th gens it has a dual tip muffler kinda like stock but polished. It's all stainless and polished nicely. I have one on my 4th gen and it's not exactly quiet, but it's not excessively loud and it has a nice tone to it... mine happens to be a single tip though as I think all 4th gen ones are.

Brullen is in Toronto, they do great work. Come onto http://www.hondaprelude.to and ask for testimonials..many members run Brullen systems and are very happy with them.

The website is http://www.brullenexhaust.com and they have US Dealers

There is no "best exhaust" from mass produced systems. There are no exhausts that have the flow that a well tuned JRSC application would want. You will probably want to look for an 2.75"-3" exhaust system. Brullen is a great company, but for your exhaust you probably will want to have your car in their shop to ensure that everything lines up.
