vtec not activate h22 swap

vtec not activate h22 swap
I swap h22 in my ef and and vtec not working check everything and have 2 codes 14 and 6.Number 6 is ect sensor and 14 is iac valve some help please.

Fix the ect. VTEC will not engage if the coolant temp is too low
