Parking light wont go off

Parking light wont go off
I had the car for well over 3 years and this is the fisrt time this has ever happen.the parkin lights and the lights round the license plate will not shut off after i turn off the car. everything else turns off with the switch ex.headlights and tail lights at night. i traced as mush as the wire possible and do not see any shorts or damage wires.. Just need some other ideas maybe sumthing i over looked

that and also check the wires behind the radio. if the illum wire to the radio is touching the power or memory wire on the radio that'll happen.
