What should I do to improve my s2000??
It is an honor to be a member of this great form.
I have a 2000 S2000 and I do not know what should I do to push my RPM
I need to win on the Z350 and Chevy Impala LTZ.
my car is stock and have only the AEM V2 air intak & my cash is 400$
I can wait couple months and make it 1800$

What will you do with the extra header? Put it in the trunk? The s2000 only uses one header, not two.

400 will not get you anywhere no matter what motor/chassis in terms of power. 1800 is a different story depending on who you know and your mechanical abilities.
for $400 and being a 00 You could start by doing basic maintenance. Oil change, tranny, diff. Check you brakes and tires. Scratch some of that that's more than $400 already.
And do the Intake DIY.
