Default Failed state ref. experts needed.

Hey guys I'm in need of your help. Went in to state ref. today, and the car did not pass.

Car / Engine Info :

1995 Honda Civic SI / 2000 GSR swap ( 95 gsr throttle body w/ 95 gsr emission sensors)

Ecu - previously chipped obd1 gsr ecu (w/ j1 jumper wire CUT, and removed chip)

New NGK Iridium IX plugs , 1 year old universal cat.

No engine check.

Here are the results :

Recevied (Modify) Fuel Evaporative Controls due to criss crossing two vacuum lines. Any Help will be appreciated. Thanks

Fix the tampered component as well too. The ref will fail you even if you pass the tailpipe due to tampered emission control. Definitely always run stock components, higher chance of passing emission test.
