Failed state ref. experts needed.
Hey guys I'm in need of your help. Went in to state ref. today, and the car did not pass.
Car / Engine Info :
1995 Honda Civic SI / 2000 GSR swap ( 95 gsr throttle body w/ 95 gsr emission sensors)
Ecu - previously chipped obd1 gsr ecu (w/ j1 jumper wire CUT, and removed chip)
New NGK Iridium IX plugs , 1 year old universal cat.
No engine check.
Here are the results :

Recevied (Modify) Fuel Evaporative Controls due to criss crossing two vacuum lines. Any Help will be appreciated. Thanks

looks like the ecu is still runing off that chip. and if the ecu was chipped to run rich, you probably destroyed the cat with all the unburned fuel. by looking at the numbers, you have too much unburned fuel

I just got myself a virgin obd1 p72 at a sweet deal, 80 bucks. Next test will be w/ stock gsr cat and ecu. will update after the retest.

Looking at the reading, get stock ecu, warm up cat(reading look like the cat was cold), and retest
Also you have a modified Evap
