Ok, installing the alarm with remote start option hooked up. The 4 wire harness that plugs into the satellite relay box isn't very well addressed in the online guides and install guide. From what I've read, the blue one can be used for the clutch switch when the rear defroster is already taken, but I'm not hooking that up. So can I use the H3/5 blue/white wire for the clutch switch bypass?

Also, do I need to hook up any of the other wires on that 4 plug harness the plugs into the satellite? Unless I'm mistaken the 10 gauge red, purple, green, pink, and orange wires are used to connect to their corresponding wires, right?

Make and model of the car. And if this is a 5 speed your thread will be locked unless your using a 5 speed netrual saftey switch.

 

Yeah, I'm also doing the e-brake and manual toggle switch for the black and white wire. It's a 92 civic sedan.

 

The blue wire is your status output which will be used for your clutch bypass mod. The pink (ignition) purple (starter) orange (accessory) will only be used if you needed to add a relay for a second/third ignition, second/third accessory, and second starter. Luckly you have one of the easiest cars to put a remote start in.
