Default profab tri y headers

i got some profab tri y headers and they hit my trans brace and the bolt so i saw some people just take out the brace so i wanted to know if that is ok to do or do you need to have the brace?

I had this problem in addition to the front of the oil pan butting up against the header. I had to use a torch on low flame and hammer away making sure you don't crease the pan.

If I had to torch my oil pan and remove the front brace, I would say PASS.
