GSR oil pan fitment problem...

Default GSR oil pan fitment problem...

i got my Z10 in yesterday and i installed it on my LS.. i also installed the GSR bolts, windage tyray and oil pick up. i also have (supposed to be) a GSR oil pan, but the it doesnt fit all the way.. (this is not my pan, im just using it as reference) the part circled is the problem..

i hear there is a p72 stamp on a GSR pan, can someone tell me where it is, i cant find it on my pan. i just hope i didnt get dooked in buying some other oil pan.

GSR oil pan has P72 stamped on the bottom. Sounds like you got screwed. Get your money back and buy the GSR pan. By the way, your choice of tools shown on the right side of the picture frightens me.

haha.. no thats not my picture. haha. i used it from another one of my threads. the thing it i got the pan about 2-3 months ago.. maybe less. but i didnt have my girdle to check for problems. well thats twice i got screwed on here within a month or 2.

Nothing wrong with Craftsman (I even have a couple of Craftsman tools in my box), I was referring to the hammer. Hammers,chisels,prybars, vise grips, etc. are the tools of choice for hacks.
