Default GSR smoking after turboing

the engine has been sitting in the garage for quite some time, almost 5yrs.

ive just recently did the swap with a bolt on turbo kit. it all went well before the car was driven.

any suggestions what couldve caused it to smoke?

anything would be appreciated.

*notice; the engine wasnt cleaned up thoroughly before the swap.
