I got a 91 civic hatch (std). My friend told me i need a injector resistor box. I got a obd2 ls, and right now i got a d15b1 dpfi, and i am getting all my wiring done at rywire. So do i need a resistor box?
no offense bro but ur friend doesnt know what he is talking about. if ur getting and OBD0-OBD2 conversion chances are that Rywire is wireing it for High Impedence injectors OBD1+ fuel systems. unless you asked rywire to use Low Impedence fuel injectors OBD0 Fuel system then you would need an injector resistor box. its function is to only reduce the amount of energy required to fire the injectors
