I did it on my EJ1. Run to google Stealthmode performance and go to their site. Order their power steering delete kit and they have install instructions for it too. Its really simple. I did it on a lift so it was fairly simple, all you do is throw a catcher under the car, take the 2 hoses from the power steering off, drain the fluids into the catchcan, then throw in those looped lines. Once you do that you can bring the car back down and take off the pump, belt, and reservoir for the power steering.

Tie the reservoir up top somewhere and leave it. Trust me. Don't try and put too much fluid in. Once you crank the steering wheel the fluids start pumping through and comes to the top. I filled mine to the line on the reservoir and now air bubbles pump the fluid out the breather and into my engine bay X.x. It will eventually reach its happy medium but just a forewarning.
