Default gsr sway bar help

i have a 99dx and im wanting to put front and rear gsr sway bars on..i already switched out the lower rear part of the front control arm so i will have the holes for the bar to mount to so i think im good in the front, but i got to the rear and im lost...
1.it seems as if the holes in the lower rear control arms are about 2" wider than the swaybar, so where do i mount the end of the swaybars??
2.next is where do i mount the 2 metal bushing braces, if i move them in about 6" theres to holes that are close but need to be a about a 1/2" farther apart...
3.just a random question but why is the front swaybar twice the size of the rear?

if it can be done with stock stuff that would be awsome, but if theres a aftermarket lower control arm or somthing i should be looking please point me in the right direction..
