Default my car drives shitty

it's been a couple weeks after installing a new tranny. no warranty whatsoever on the jdm tranny. if it's [freak]ed...no warranty/exchange.

my car now feels kind of weak and hard to shift. i've searched and came up, "needed new fluid, or add more fluid." what could be causing my car to be so hard to shift? specially on 1st, and 3rd. hard to put on 1st from a stop.

i can't believe my car is having continous problems since May 2008.

1st is hard to get to because the tranny is worn. i think the syncros could to worn. sounds like an abused/used tranny.

or go underneath the car and make sure all the lines/cables are connected right and adjusted properly. did you install a new clutch when you did the swap?

what was weird was they happen to have the last tranny out for me. the rest was still attached to the motor. it looked so bang up. i should've walked away or make them pull out a fresh one.

i think it was from one of their friend's that had returned them(just my thinking.) and i happen to pick it up. i'am such a bad-luck guy.

the guy didn't even plug one of the connector's tight the first day i noticed it. the rest i don't even know. i hope he screw and bolt everything all good. yes he did, i provided for him the clutch. but i did not see it, only empty boxes. i did not watch him the whole time.

you think he did not fill the fluid all the way? i gave him 3 qts and he said it uses up to 2.5. and that fool did not tighten the bolt to the fluid that good. i had to tighten it myself a week later.

well the manual transmissions only take about 2 quarts to fill. super easy to change fluids.

Does the tranny grind when you shift it? Its easy your tranny has a drain plug under it you dont need a socket just stick the rachet in the plug. The fill plug is the 17mm size bolt by the axle. just fill it until oil comes out and its full.

no grind, not yet. it's just a little hard to shift in gears. car doesn't run as smooth as it use to.

i know the drain plug and what type of tool to use. i just didn't know about the fill bolt. my stupid *** just fill it in the drain bolt, is that correct?

i just talked to a CL mechanic, and he said try bleeding the clutch. i don't know how and it needs two people.

i'll try to find one that can do it for 10 or 20 bucks.
