91 civic si cluster into 89 civic dx sedan. HELP
Ok so I got a cluster out of a 91 civic si. and i need to put it in my 89 civic dx sedan. I looked at http://crxcommunity.com/viewtopic.php?p=65118 but im not sure the wiring is different from crx and civics.
My wiring doesnt seem to be the same as either of those, what do i do.
I have some pics of my wiring untouched.

arent the 88-89 and the 90-91 different shapes?
in my 89, it is kinda flat on top
and in the 90s they are rounded?
correct me if i am wrong, but i made this mistake when i was swapping in the si cluster into my dx

yes the 90-91 seems to be rounder.. I might have to make a custom top as the 90-91 have a different dash then mine i believe.
My car doesnt have the hood it has the centervents clock and side vent on it. it is a sedan.
Anyone know if I can get a larger hood for my car?

By the way I did get it all working properly. At first I looked at the examples and was like wtf neither of them are like mine. Then i realized it means i'd put my wiring like the 91 to make the 90-91 cluster work.

88-89 cluster = small
90-91 cluster = larger
i did a full dash swap in my sedan from a 89 to a 90-91 dash and just change the plugs on the fusebox end of things. just match colors and solder away.
