Default Looking for someone to do some work on my civic in VA

I'm in the Front Royal area. I just got done doing a swap and can't get the car to run right. I have done everything I know and need a specialist to take a look. I have plenty of garage room, jacks, tools, etc, everything needed. LMK, I'm off Fri-Sun.

explain what your car is doing...that would help.

I was throwing a CEL 14 which is the IAC sensor. Replaced the sensor and the car ran fine for a few minutes with no check engine light coming on. Then check engine came back on and I reran the CEL to find that 14 came back up again. I rechecked the wiring and hoses and everything was good. Disconnected the battery hoping that would help but when I restarted the car, it is now throwing a CEL 14 and 10. This is a gsr swap into a 93 coupe, with the stock EX harness and a stock gsr ECU.

is the swap an obd1 or obd2 engine? and it will most likely have to be in your wiring somehwere if you have a vtec harness and gsr ecu.

It's an OBD1 setup. I actually had another harness on the swap that did not work out. This harness I have on there now came off an EX coupe that was running fine. I did go through the harness especially around the area where it splits off the IAC and IATC wires to make sure there was no cuts or splits.
