Default Need help identifying some Skunk cams.

Ok, heres the deal. I picked up these Skunk2 cams from my buddy. No basicaly about 5-6 years ago there was a coupe in Honda-Tuning mag. that made somewhere around 630hp. He went to a shop here in town that is no longer in business and said, "Build me that motor." And so what he got was an AEBS pro sleeved block, pauter rods, ross pistons, p&p head with all Skunk2 valvetrain and these cams were in it. The motor was basicly gauranteed to 800+hp. But he parted out the head and i got the cams. So how can i go about figuring out what the cams are. All that is on the cams is a hand engraved "SK2." I wanna put these in my car and theyve got adj. cam gears but i have no idea where they should be set. Any opinions?

if you can measure them(the lobes) that should indicate who/what cams they are. although im not real sure on how to go about setting up a measuring tool to measure the cams, i would have to imagine you would need to have the head on a block, with a degree wheel, and the run out guages that go up top. to see how much lift you are getting, and the degree wheel will tell you when, and for how long.
