BENT rear crossmember
it looks like you've started 3 threads with the same question...overkill.
you can clean it up and reinforce it with some metal and some welds. do you know if the frame is bent? you'll probably want to take it to a body shop and they can tell you if it's worth saving (it probably is)

The pic is not that great. Here is a pic so maybe you could describe where its bent using this photograph.
How did it happen?
Have you tried to get the car alligned?
Here is a pic of someone who had to reinforce theirs

Really? Are you sure?
There are two rear cross members in the EF/ED. One is in the engine compartment towards the rear where your steering components go and the other is in the actual rear of the car where your rear lower control arms go.

Is it in the engine compartment or the rear of the car where your rear tires are at?

Looks like the rear of the vehicle to me where the rear LCA bolts up. If you have a hard hit to the wheel it can cause that LCA to push up into the rear subframe there and cause the damage he is describing. Sometimes you can just align for it but it isn't a huge deal for a body shop to pull the frame straight again. Just make sure if you have it straightened to have them weld some reinforcements into it so you don't have it moving again.
im thinking about pulling it out my self then finding a welder and welding a support or just a peice of metal over it, anybody have some ideas how i can pull it out.
i was under my car with my phone about 3 inches from the bar so it was hard to take a good picture, theres somebody who posted pictures on here it looks like the first one and the dent is on the left side

You need to be more clear, and people need better reading comprehension.
Take it to a body shop and have it straightened, then weld on some plates to keep it from deforming again, or if you can do that yourself, it will save a lot of money, but the car is far from unuseable.
You can fix it.

How did it happen?
Have you tried to get the car alligned?
Here is a pic of someone who had to reinforce theirs

Well anyway the pictures ^^^^ are not subframe reinforcements. They are Progress's rear swaybar brackets that utilize that location instead of the oem location. (first pic is my car)
You should try getting a ASR subframe brace and make it fit. I believe MarlonT (SIRmarlon on jdmu) has done so and would probably help but i believe its pricey and doesnt exactly bolt on i think.
