what's the difference between this kit and the ebay kits that go for $60 - $100 shipped?

Is this kit still in it's original box or used? Mounting brackets included?

 

don't know if its anything like ebay that's why im letting it go for cheap. everythings brand new and comes with mounting brackets.

haven't got around to checking the box. its in my car. i wouldn't think that it'd be anything too fancy, it was just a birthday present from a relative.
