So whats up h/t?

I come to you guys with questions and hope I can get some decent help and honest answers, with out all the b.s. and idiotic responses we have come to expect from some of our fellow h/t-ers...

First off, my setup:

GS-R
port n polished head
bored out block to bigger pistons with p30's
aem intake
straight pipe w oem GSr exhaust
Skunk 2 stage 2 springs, valves and cams (please dont flame on the s2's as I wanted it as a daily drivable car)

I am looking for a good combo to get some decent power.

I need a intake manifold, which kind?

I need headers, which kind?

I need a fuel rail and injectors, which kind?

and

A good ECU set-up, thinking of hondata or maybe, just maybe, AEM but dont think can handle the price of it
