Default Rebuilt 97 integra GSR updated

I'm all most done with my build. I built this for the fun of it & all ways wanted a integra. This is my new DD.
ABS delete
Rebuilt obd1 GSR from bottom to top.
New carpet
2001 leather everything
type-r lip kit all the way around
17" drag rims 205 40 17 tires
tokico white's with h&r race springs k sport camber front and back
Shaved the following
Side molding, Power ant, all emblems, spoiler holes
2001 front & back bumper
2001 tail lights and head lights
I guess that is it. Just wanted to say thanks. I don't post much but i read alot and get alot of info from here.
When i first got it home. Didn't have those fat 5's

after paint

After suspension & rims

Inside pic's

Let me know what you think. I took the shell home last OCT. Never knew it was going to be so much work. Some days i would work 8 hours on her.

looks great, don't get the ABS delete though. why do you want slower lap times? or do you track the car at all?

People only do it to 'clean' the engine bay up. That and some minute weight savings.

I'm jealous of those clean *** doors. No moldings. How much did the paint job and the body work set you back?

I have so many plans for my Integra that the paint is the last thing on my mind ( cause the previous owner kept it looking nice, except for the front bumper ). After i finish burying $700 into the turbo kit to start it up, and another $3000 or so for the engine, I plan on starting on the body. Gotta plan this stuff in advance.

The only thing that would have perfected that would have been sidemarkers.

I was planning on doing the jdm front with HID. The stock jdm hid's get in the way of the ABS pump. plus i don't think it worked. Since this car turned in to my DD i didn't want to do the JDM.

Paint and body has 1000 bucks hooked up. I knew a guy that knew a guy. The paint job is ok but for the $ i spent it looks good.

Thanks for the input, I just wanna hear the good and bad. I still have work to do.
I just got inner and outer tie rods both sides. i still need a new windshield. I also wanna do some HID with a clean cutoff. The hid going to have to wait b/c i need to catch up on bills.

i can't figure out what it is i'm seeing. it could be that 5 spoke wheels look better in my eyes with wings.

I love 5 spoke rims on tegs. I figured everyone has slips so i find some thing else. But i might be going with smaller rims& bigger tires. I want the ride a lil better

Oh ok i get you now. Hmmm, never knew you had to delete the ABS just to do the JDM front thing

Do you know how much that would run if you DIDN'T have the hookup? Gawd, i wish i had a paint hookup.

The only thing i think you're missing is an ITR spoiler and some sidemarkers. The spoiler just seems to complete the whole OEM body kit and the sidemarkers look dope on doors without moldings.

From what i have read 94-97 abs pump get in the way of the JDM HID. Not by much just a lil. There are other ways around it but since my motor was out i figure why not just take it out.

About the paint and body, Just shop around. All ways look at there work also. ASk to see some of the stuff there working on right than.

Body look great, but it looks like you're missing the screw at the far right corner of the bumper where it attaches to the fender.

I wouldn't condone getting slips either. the ones you have aren't bad, just nothing I would buy.

Very nice, I saw the very first pic and was like uh oh, but then scrolled down some more and was like damn, its nice man, after looking at the rims a few times that's the only thing id prob change, but even with them, your whip looks good.

Thanks for the great feed back. seems like alot of people don't like my rims. O well i do that is all that matters. As my DD i drive her 30 miles one way for work. Those 40 series tires don't ride that great. I wonder what is the biggiest tires i can gun on 16" rims

Why was it hard? Not molded correctly or something? I would looooove some dark carpet from the newer Integras.

I ride 205/45-16 tires on my car and it's fine. I used to commute 100 miles a day and it was fine.

i'm buying 5's for a second set as well. some of the rays 77's since no one in my area has them. 17's are a little bigger than i like for a dc2 but i've oddly started having a thing for than wheel.

The carpet was like 110 bucks from one of those sites. Looks great but they are not molded/cut very well. Well at least mine was like that. It took me a few hours to install it. If a person looks close they will see where i screwed up on the install. The carpet was made to order maybe the didn't make mine right.

Yea 205 45 16 that is what i want to run i think. Have to wait tell later
