Well after 140,000 problem free miles it seems that I have had both sides rear wheel bearings go bad. No complaints as far as reliability from the car overall, but i just think its strange. I finally replaced the passenger side wheel bearing Hub assembly unit, and the terrible noise coming from it got 50% quieter. I think I need to replace the driver side now. Any one else had rear wheel bearing probs on this gen? btw the bearing itself was in shambles when we removed it from the spindle it came apart in pieces with the ***** falling out and caps rusty and totally F'd.

Well I replaced the driver side hub assy and my Honder is silent now. This side wasn't falling aprt but when I pryed the bearing itself open the grease and the ***** were black and crunchy. this side was the really bad one. It was so bad I could feel vibration from it. Well Its gone now...WOOOOOOOOO
