Default Bad guage I think, but a bit different

I've seen a couple of posts on a similar problem as I've been having, however mine is different and I'd like to check and see if that matters:

Similar problems:

https://honda-tech.com/zerothread?id=2362298

I do not have a check engine light so this makes me think it's a bad cluster, however others were saying that only the speedo and the miles driven were affected, for me the whole set of gauges is non-responsive.

Can someone confirm for me that this is in fact a bad gauge and I can go ahead and replace it.

So you are asking for a schematic on an 82 Accord?

Never replace anything without a correct and accurate diagnose.

Have you checked fuses? under hood and inside the car?

oh, forgot to add, it's a 1999 Accord V-6 sedan with 133k miles on it.

Anyone?

I recently had the car detailed and they may have knocked out a cable or wiring harness or something. Anyone have any ideas where to start looking?

The whole cluster isn't working?

Like temperature, fuel, tach and speedo? If that's the case something sounds toasted, the cluster may have shorted or something, know anyone you can steal one from to test? Luckily your clusters are only like 4 screws to get to so it wouldn't be bad.

Yea, the only thing on the entire console that comes on is the back lighting and the door open/SRS lights when the doors are opened and the car is starting. Other than that none of the gauges at all move.

I'm glad I found out it wasn't just the same problem as everyone who's speedo stops working.
