Default Rewiring Viper alarm after attempted theft

Had an attempted theft on my Gsr, car was taken but they ditched it.

Question is, is it possible to rewire the hanging wires to the brain?
or would I be better off pulling out the entire alarm and installing a newer one?
Not sure the exact model on the alarm, the brain is made from DEI, and uses a Viper remote.(same brand correct?)

Also, since the theft my right blinker is stuck on. Would that be something under the dash by the alarm? Or by the ignition assembly?

Thanks

Remove it and either replace it or install it better, [so they can't just cut the leads like that].

My guess is the problem with the signal light is up by the ign. switch at the combination light switch, unless for some reason the alarm was wired to the signal lights. 94

I guess the entire thing would need to be removed anyways in order to relocate it in a better hiding spot.

You got it installed by some place didn't you? I got mine installed by some place too. After reading the installation guide it came with, it says "Do not mount the brain near the steering column as its too easy to get to!" Red flag number 1. These places do a generic install. Its so useless, the only point to it is to unlock your doors! My advice would be to go buy lots of wire of various colors, install the alarm somewhere better [rear quarter panel], and make some kill switches. Making fake switches is fun too. They think they got you! But think again! :a emote::
