Default good deal or no??

i want to buy a 2000 si with 160k on the body and 60k on the motor. the guy is asking 4800 but is it a good deal if i can get it for 3800?? how much would i be able to sell it for. the only thing wrong with the car is that it has some surface rust on the hood.

make sure you get papers for that motor.... As a car salesman I would advise you not to buy that to re-sell. instead find a nice d series car with ricey taillights and stickers but not too modded, put it back to stock and sell it. Modded cars and stickshift cars are hard to sell these days

i am not a dealer, i am just selling and buying cars so i can get an em1 with low miles on it. i may end up keeping the car and boosting it if the car/motor is solid
